Back in 2020, we were just another SIM card seller
Watching travelers (and ourselves!) rage over:

🚫 “I landed in Bali and this SIM card has ZERO signal !”
🚫 “Spent 20 minutes trying to withdraw the SIM tray – still says ‘No Service’!”
🚫 “your SIM Card harder to use than IKEA furniture !”

Guess what, 
One of our customer messaged us from a Paris attraction's toilet :

“I paid RM80 for this SIM and it only works IN THIS BATHROOM. Fix this or I’ll complaint to related department !” 💣

So we get our shit together...we rolled up our sleeves and engineered solutions that actually work:
In 2023, we ditched physical SIMs and became Malaysia’s first travel eSIM provider to release 5G travel eSIM.

How We Fixed the Nightmares
✅ Upgraded 5G – Launched Malaysia’s first 5G travel eSIMs in 2024 (goodbye, bathroom-only signal!)
✅ Pre-install – Install it weeks early. It will auto activate after you land and turn on our eSIM.

✅ Auto activate after arrival – Your eSIM auto-connects to the supported network before you even grab your luggage. (if the phone settings all good)
