- Products eligible for refund: eSIMs.
- Time frame: Refunds can be requested any time before the expiry date of the eSIM.
- Condition: Refunds are possible if the eSIM is not installed. If installed and network issues occur, contact us for potential refund options.
2. Refund Conditions
- Change of Mind : A RM5 fee is charged for refunds once the QR code for the eSIM is generated or sent via email
3. Process for Requesting a Refund
- Provide details: Include your order number and reason for the refund.
- Contact us: Submit a refund request via our website or email at info@traverrsim.com
- Verification : Customers must contact us for verification. Our team will verify the eSIM’s status & assess the eSIM. If confirmed as defective by us, a full refund or replacement will be provided.
4. Refund Method
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued either via bank transfer or back to the original payment method used by the customer.
- Processing time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Expiry: eSIMs that have passed their expiry date.
- Promotional items: eSIMs purchased on sale or using promotional codes.
- Activated eSIMs: Any eSIM that has been installed and activated on a phone.
- Post-Delivery: No refunds after the Email/QR Code for the eSIM has been sent.
- Network Speed: No refunds for issues related to network speed as it depends on coverage and signal strength.
- Compatibility Issues: No refunds or cancellations for incompatibility with the customer's phone.
