Terms of service

traverrsim eSIMs are data-only plans provisioned through partner carriers in each destination. They do not include a phone number, voice calls or SMS. Your existing SIM keeps your number for calls and OTPs.

You need an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked device. Checking compatibility before purchase is your responsibility — see our compatibility guide. A QR code can only be installed once; deleting the profile ends the plan.

Coverage, speed and network selection depend on the local carrier and are not guaranteed. Plans are for personal travel use. Continuous hotspot/tethering resale, bulk machine traffic, or use outside the covered countries may be throttled or suspended.

Plan validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in the destination, unless stated otherwise on the plan. Unused data expires with the plan and does not roll over.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices shown in your local currency are converted at market rates and may differ slightly from your bank's rate. Refunds follow our refund policy.

You must comply with the laws of the destination country. Illegal activity, network tampering, circumventing carrier restrictions, or reselling eSIM profiles is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed bookings caused by network outages, device faults or local regulation. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected eSIM.

We may update these terms; the version published here applies to new purchases. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
